The use of this website is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this website and/or placement of an order indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by MMADream Ltd. MMADream Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time.

Currency

Prices are in pounds sterling and amounts due are payable in pounds sterling. We may from time to time provide conversions into other currencies based on the latest information available to us. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of these conversions, the actual cost to you in your own currency will vary according to the exchange rate received by you at the time of settlement of the transaction. We take no responsibility for any variance between the conversion figure shown on the Website and that paid by you to the Seller in the transaction.

Ordering

Register your account

 To register please supply all your details correctly so we can contact you via phone or email throughout the order and delivery process.

By registering to use the Website you:

• Undertake to register on the website using the correct name and address and any other requested details.
• confirm that you are legally able to enter into contracts to buy the goods and services featured on the website. For an individual, this means that you must be at least 18 years old.
• You will need to include the billing address of the card you use to pay for the products. You will also be asked to supply a delivery address so the item will reach you promptly.
• Once you have opened your account you will be able to view your order history and change your details any time.
• Once you have completed your billing details you will be taken into the payment screen, if there are any special comments that you would like to make about the delivery please include them here and we will try to accommodate your instructions.
• Confirm your order, check the billing and delivery address are correct then hit the ‘submit your order’ button.

• We do not accept any telephone orders, all orders must be placed online and payment completed via Paypal.
• If you have a Pay Pal account you can use your account by clicking on the PayPal option or pay using a payment card through Paypal.
• We do not accept cheques, banker’s drafts, BACS transfer or Postal Orders.
• Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email stating your goods are on the way.

Payment via card

• You can use a payment card via Paypal, all cards that are accepted will be listed once you have been re-directed to the secure Paypal page.
• Once you have completed the transaction you will be returned to the mmadream.com website.

Payment via Pay Pal Account

• If you have a Pay Pal account you can insert your username and Pay Pal password and use your account as you normally would.
• Once you have completed the transaction you should hit the return to merchant button which will take you back to the mmadream.com website.

Promotional Coupons

• If you have a valid promotional coupon number/word then you can enter it into the coupon field and your order will be amended accordingly.
• Each promotional coupon will have various offers and time limitations; these will be in line with our marketing campaigns.
• Promotional codes that do not expire may only be used by the account holder a maximum of 3 times to recieve the promotional discount.

Delivery

• The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail. All goods ordered before 1.00pm will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1.00pm will be dispatched the following day.
• As all of our shipping requires a signature upon delivery we advise you choose a shipping address you know you will be at between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available to sign for your package a card will be left informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question. Please read the card carefully, follow the instructions and do not throw it away. If your package is returned to us due to failure to collect/sign for, we will unfortunately have to apply a second delivery charge before your order can be shipped again. If a package is returned to us due to not being signed for/collected and you then request to cancel your order shipping costs will not be refunded, if you have received free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the goods being refunded.
• In the unlikely event of a delay leaving the warehouse, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know.
• All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday (09.00-18.00hrs).
• Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
• There are some postcodes that may incur a longer delivery time: 
  IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE – Shetland.
• MMADream Ltd reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. MMADream Ltd does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless MMADream Ltd is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

Listed below are the delivery charges:

UK Mainland

This service is FREE and delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery.

Europe (Countries only in the EU)
This Service is a flat rate of £9.95 and only for countries located in the EU (European Union). All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 3 to 10 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 14 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Please be aware that we can only deliver goods to the billing address outside of the UK.

Rest of World
This Service is a flat rate of £14.95 and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 20 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Please be aware that we can only deliver goods to the billing address outside of the UK

International and Heavy Order Delivery Surplus
If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.

Returns and Exchanges

MMADream Ltd is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines and email our customer service team on the details.  

Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. E-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to confirm you are returning the goods. No refunds or exchanges will be made if we receive the goods after the 14th day.

• We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible.
• Items must be returned unused with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in.
• Within the package please enclose any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. MMADream Ltd will refund the cost of postage to return faulty on incorrectly dispatched goods.
• Items must be returned via Local Post Office recorded delivery. MMADream Ltd will only refund the amount stated on the Royal Mail's website and will not refund the costs for items returned by Couriers or any other shipping methods. MMADream Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
• Upon inspection of a returned product, MMADream Ltd will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. if you have received free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the goods being refunded.
• Sorry, but there are no returns or exchanges on bargain or sale items unless specifically authorised by MMADream Ltd. Please email us if you have a query.
• Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
• Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

Warranty

All products purchased from MMADream Ltd carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item. Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, MMADream Ltd will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

All of MMADream Ltd's products are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Except as expressly stated herein, MMADream Ltd makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the mmadream.com website. Except as expressly stated herein, MMADream Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to MMADream Ltd arising from any product sold on the mmadream.com website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall MMADream Ltd, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MMADream Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price also whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MMADream Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
