Terms and Conditions for Delivery:
- The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail. All goods ordered before 1.00pm will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1.00pm will be dispatched the following day.
- As all of our shipping requires a signature upon delivery we advise you choose a shipping address you know you will be at between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available to sign for your package a card will be left informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question. Please read the card carefully, follow the instructions and do not throw it away. If your package is returned to us due to failure to collect/sign for, we will unfortunately have to apply a second delivery charge before your order can be shipped again. If a package is returned to us due to not being signed for/collected and you then request to cancel your order shipping costs will not be refunded, if you have received free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the goods being refunded.
- In the unlikely event of a delay leaving the warehouse, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know.
- All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday (09.00-18.00hrs).
- Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
- There are some postcodes that may incur a longer delivery time:
- IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE – Shetland.
- MMADream Ltd reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. MMADream Ltd does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless MMADream Ltd is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Listed below are the delivery charges:
UK Mainland
This service is FREE and delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery.
Europe (Countries only in the EU)
This Service is a flat rate of £9.95 and only for countries located in the EU (European Union). All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 3 to 10 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 14 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Please be aware that we can only deliver goods to the billing address outside of the UK.
Rest of World
This Service is a flat rate of £14.95 and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 20 days, for unforeseen circumstances before contacting us. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Please be aware that we can only deliver goods to the billing address outside of the UK
International and Heavy Order Delivery Surplus
If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.
