MMADream Community Rules

We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

You must be 16 years of age or older to register for our Community. If you do not meet the age requirement, do not proceed with registration. By using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions which will take effect immediately on your first use. These terms and conditions could change at any time, it is your responsibility to check them every time you access the blog or forum areas of the website or you wish to make a comment. Your continued or renewed use of the website after such changes are posted means you agree to be bound by these terms as amended. Users should understand that our Websites is a place to review and share information – but the information has not been verified for accuracy and does not represent the opinions or positions of MMADream. All content posted or uploaded express the views of the author and not the owners of MMDream. MMADream cannot guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, efficacy, or veracity of any information provided on our Website.

          Privacy

Sharing Your Content and Information

You own all of the content and information you post on MMADream, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. In addition:

1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with MMADream ("IP License"). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
2. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
3. When you use the Community your content and information is shared with the application. We require applications to respect your privacy settings, but your agreement with that application will control how the application can use the content and information you share.
4. When you publish content or information using the "everyone" setting, it means that everyone, including people off of MMADream, will have access to that information and we may not have control over what they do with it.
 

Safety

We do our best to keep MMADream safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

5. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on MMADream.
6. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access MMADream, using automated means such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers.
7. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on MMADream.
8. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
9. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
10. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
11. You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
12. You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") on MMADream.
13. You will not use MMADream to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
14. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of MMADream, such as a denial of service attack.
15. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

Registration and Account Security

Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

16. You will not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
17. You will not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser).
18. You will not use MMADream if you are under 16.
19. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
20. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
21. You will not transfer your account to anyone.
22. If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

Protecting Other People's Rights

We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.

23. You will not post content or take any action on MMADream that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
24. We can remove any content or information you post on MMADream if we believe that it violates this Statement.
25. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
26. If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear you (and not MMADream) are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
27. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on MMADream.
28. You will not send email invitations to non-users without their consent.

Disputes

29. You agree that any legal action brought against MMADream Ltd shall be governed by the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use on the MMADream.com website shall be an appropriate federal or county court located in Southern England.
30. If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on MMADream, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
31. WE TRY TO KEEP MMADREAM UP, BUG-FREE, AND SAFE, BUT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING MMADREAM "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MMADREAM WILL BE SAFE OR SECURE. MMADREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.

Definitions

32. By "MMADream" we mean the features and services we make available, including through our website at www.mmadream.com
33. By "us," "we" and "our" we mean MMADream ltd.
34. By "information" we mean facts and other information about you, including actions you take.
35. By "content" we mean anything you post on MMADream that would not be included in the definition of "information."
36. By "data" we mean content and information that third parties can retrieve from MMADream or provide to MMADream.
37. By "post" we mean post on MMADream or otherwise make available to us.
38. By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
